Refund policy
Premium credits are intended for one-time event creation. If something goes wrong, contact support with your checkout reference so we can trace the payment.
Unused credits
Refund requests for unused credits are reviewed within 14 days of purchase. If a credit has already been used to create a premium event, it is normally not refundable.
Payment succeeded but credits are missing
Contact support with the checkout reference from the success page or payment receipt. We can verify the Polar order and manually grant credits when appropriate.
Payment succeeded but trip creation failed
Your purchased credit should remain on your account. Create the event again and it will use that credit, or contact support if the credit is not visible.
Merchant of Record
Polar processes payments as Merchant of Record, so some refunds, tax invoices, and card disputes may be handled through Polar systems.
