We collect organiser account details through Clerk, event details, guest names added by organisers, respondent names and selected dates, optional email addresses, payment references, and basic usage/diagnostic data.

We use this data to run event polls, show availability results, send requested notifications, maintain credits, prevent abuse, provide support, and understand service performance.

Blockout uses Supabase for data storage, Clerk for authentication, Polar for payments, Resend for email, Upstash for rate limiting and checkout handoff, and Vercel for hosting, analytics, and performance insights.

Blockout uses essential cookies and browser storage for authentication, theme preference, preview access, and remembering respondent names for easier return visits.

Event and response data is kept while needed to provide the service. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of data associated with your account or event.
